Ultraviolet (UV) light is a component of the light spectrum that falls in the region between visible light and X-Rays.
UV light can be further subdivided and categorized into four separate regions : UVA, UVB, UVC and VUV.
ONLY UVC light (wavelength 200-280nm) is useful for disinfection applications.
Virus DNA replication process will be disrupted after absorbing UVC light.
